![]() ![]() The problem then is to not get your timing on the dash jumbled due to that.įunny thing is that the window is actually quite wide once you understand which tempos you can use. I still suggest to aim the stick tho, but for the last dash of the 'line' you can leave it idle, and aim the other way whole the dash is happening. ![]() Nice work tho!įor the dash, I see my character flash bright light purple/pink at the end of a dash (at least one that has been chained at least once but I think always?) if you have trouble with the tempo then maybe try going through some corridor dashing? Just start at one point and see how far you get.Ībout the turn, you don't actually have to aim the analog stick somewhere when you're dashing, only if you want to change direction. (Sorry I'm just really really proud of that.)Įdit - ah dammit I'm too late you already made it Haha. To brag just a little and hopefully show you this could/should work: I have three saved games and all of them have the 800 dash challenge completed, I'm on switch, and the thing I'm definitely most proud of was that with my Alt drifter game the first thing I did after finding 3 gears was buying the chain dash, and then nailing both the 100 and 800 dash in the first (and same) go. The analog stick is smaller and has some angles carved in to the housing so you have to move your thumb less and have less trouble keeping the line. Other tip: don't use the pro controller, use the switch's sliding ones. If you're having trouble staying on that line leave some more space between you and the wall and dash three times before turning. Tip: start near the right wall and dash 4 times to the left, then during the last dash change direction already, and dash 4 times again. The 100 dashes should be perfectly magageable, and in the dash arena you get your stamina back when you cross the tiles in the middle. ![]() I suggest you practice the dash challenge. Click outside (before or after!) the window once and he stops and slides for a bit. You have to start off a little slower than the regular rhythm, but don't go too fast. The character flashes purple when the window is open. ![]()
